{ This moment } – A Friday ritual. A single photo – no words – capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember.
If you’re inspired to do the same, leave a link to your ‘moment’ in the comments for all to find and see. Inspired by SouleMama.
*** I was able to get a picture up close of the glitter in the petals for those of you who wanted to see… Click on the picture, I left it in full resolution.
Beautiful! Enjoy your weekend. xo

I just love it. Most of our Daylilies are common types, but this was a special variety. It only puts out a few flowers a year, they don’t grow very fast and they are very late bloomers. So we are always so excited the morning we wake up and see them open. 🙂
Have a lovely week-end!

Beautiful. I love lilies. Unfortunately the only ones I can remember the names of that we have planted are stella d’oro and Big Bird. Oh well.

We have stella d’oro here a lot. They were given to us by a friend who didn’t want them anymore. He had a lane, we took them all! LOL!. I’ve never seen a big bird though, love the name!!!! We have minstrel boy, canopy of heaven, Dan Tau, Dark Symmetry and one that I have NO CLUE cause it was here at the house when we moved in. Have I mentioned I love day lilies???
Thank you for stopping by! Have a wonderful week-end.

Wow! That is an exceptional fleur! Day lillies are such cheerful flowers – we found several bunches were planted at our house by prior owners, and I was so glad! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

It has been a very good year for our gardens. And we are getting over an inch and a half of rain (35 mm) in the next 36 hours. Joy for nature (and people) everywhere!
Hope you are having a wonderful week-end. xo
