Little Man : A new year begins my love and I can’t wait to watch you grow and learn. You already seem so much bigger than you were when I started this project just 1 year ago. We have a lot of great times ahead of us my love. but also some hard work and less fun moments as well. But we will navigate them all together. There is nothing they can throw at us that we can’t face. I love you fiercely and know you are my angel. ❤

My name is Yanic. I'm a wife to a wonderful husband, a mother of 2 beautifully complex and unique children and a lover of all things inspiring. Having started a personal journey of self discovery when I found out I was pregnant with my daughter 4 years ago, I've since embraced a daily life of simpler pleasures and gratitude. As we get to know each other, you will know me as a quilter, a gardener, a Tao cultivator, a vegetarian foodie, a true believer in a healthy family life as being the secret to my happiness and hopefully as time goes on, a friend... Oh, I hope you can find some time. Especially with 2 little ones, it’s nice to stop and ponder… reflect on special times that are just about them. I love going back and reading what I said when. 🙂

I do have winter babies… I mean, they love every season, but winter barely makes a dent in their attitude, mood or energy. Even the time change and the darkness does little to dampen their spirits. I’m a lucky mama. 🙂
